Cancellation and Return Terms
CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
If you place an order through the electronic medium on the website you are using, you will be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased.
The shipping costs for products with a shipping fee will be paid by the buyers for cart amounts under 100 TL. Shipping is free for orders over 100 TL.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, within 30 days, without exceeding the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer can terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered with all the required documents, such as the warranty certificate and user manual, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order.
If the purchased product becomes impossible to sell, İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days after becoming aware of it. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the transaction in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD FOR PURCHASES:
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was used by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days, and the shipping costs will be borne by İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş..
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORSEEN REASONS:
THE BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer should inspect the product before accepting it from the courier and not accept the product if it is damaged, broken, or has a torn package. The product will be deemed to have been delivered in good condition. AFTER DELIVERY, THE BUYER MUST CAREFULLY PROTECT THE PRODUCT. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product should not be used. The invoice must also be returned along with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization specified by them, may use their right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal responsibility and without giving any reason by notifying İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. via the contact details below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the purchased product is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract was signed. For service contracts where performance begins with the consumer's approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş..
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the "Products on which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions in this agreement.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer or a third party (if the invoice is corporate, it should be returned with a return invoice issued by the institution). Orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed without a return invoice.
The return form, the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the returned product must be delivered intact and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş., within 10 days after receiving the withdrawal notification, is obligated to refund the total amount and any documents that place the buyer under debt and to accept the product back within 20 days.
If the product's value decreases due to the buyer's fault or if it becomes impossible to return, the buyer is responsible for compensating the damages of İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for any changes or damages caused by the proper use of the product during the withdrawal period.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, and the buyer's purchase falls below the campaign limit, any discounts applied within the campaign will be canceled.
If you want to exchange products, you can return them within 15 days from the date of delivery by informing us at info@moulo.com.tr.
NOTE:
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase. Refunds to the credit card or bank account may take 2-3 weeks, depending on the policies of the financial institution.
